AEW Collision ranked eighth among cable programs in prime time on Thursday.

The June 26 edition of the show aired outside of its regular night and averaged 285,000 viewers and 108,000 viewers (0.08) in the 18-49 demographic on TNT.

The show aired on Thursday due to TNT’s coverage of NASCAR this Saturday.

For the second consecutive night, AEW programming aired against the NBA Draft, which topped all cable programming with 1,179,000 viewers and 0.35 in the demo on ESPN. Collison also finished behind Fox News programming, House Hunters International, Jersey Shore: Vacation, and The Source with Kaitlan Collins.

Collision’s viewership was down 33 percent from this past Saturday’s airing, with a 23 percent dip in the 18-49 demographic. There were significant declines among females in the 18-49 and 35-49 demos from last Saturday’s show.

This was the fourth time Collision has aired on Thursday this year, with the previous performances as follows:

  • May 22: 353,000 viewers and 121,000 in 18-49
  • May 8: 382,000 viewers and 121,000 in 18-49
  • April 17: 353,000 viewers and 105,000 in 18-49

The program returns to its normal night next week on Saturday, July 5, for the 100th episode of Collision.
