Lance Anoa’i announces departure from WWE

Lance Anoa’i announced his departure from WWE and was unable to wrestle during his entire stint.

A member of the deep-rooted wrestling family, Anoai’ posted on X that he was no longer with the promotion:

I would officially announce my departure from WWE! I didn’t have the best of luck since I arrived! I will not let this stop me from achieving to be great! I’ve worked hard on the indies for 15 years! Now let’s get back to work! 30days Accepting bookings [email protected]

Anoa’i was unveiled as a member of the NXT signings in November 2024 in a class, which included Zaria and Elijah Holyfield.

Anoa’i is the son of Samu (Samula Anoa’i) and the grandson of the late Afa Sr. He has been wrestling since 2010 and wrestled for MLW alongside Jacob Fatu & Juicy Finau, and Pro Wrestling NOAH over recent years, including a spot in the N-1 Victory tournament two years ago.

He has not wrestled since August 2024.
