It looks like the finalized lineup for Halloween Havoc 2025 has been confirmed following Tuesday night’s episode of NXT.
A special tag attraction was added to Saturday’s Premium Live Event (PLE) this week, as well as a pair of other significant changes.
Most notable of the alterations to the lineup was the departure of Sol Ruca, who dropped her NXT North American Championship on Tuesday’s show due to injury. Ruca noted on the episode that she got hurt during her tag title match on last weekend’s Smackdown against Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss.
Instead of facing Ruca, Blake Monroe will challenge for the now-vacant North American Championship against Zaria, as announced this week. Zaria will be fighting in Ruca’s honor, attempting to keep the title in their stable and end the duo’s terrible luck as of late.
It was also confirmed this week that high-flying young prospects Je’Von Evans and Leon Slater will team up against AAA’s La Parka and Mr. Iguana.
Just weeks removed from their Bound for Glory matchup, TNA X-Division Champ Slater and Evans decided this week to team up at Halloween Havoc. It didn’t take long for their opponents to be found, as viral sensation Mr. Iguana, along with La Park,a called them out just moments later.
Tuesday’s episode revealed that The Hardys have recently channelled their alter egos, “Broken” Matt Hardy and Brother Nero, ahead of their upcoming tag title bout against DarkState. The match will now take place under “Broken Rules,” which Matt explained means that the contest won’t have any rules.
