Jade Cargill pinned WWE Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley to win a chaotic six-woman tag team match to open Saturday Night’s Main Event.

The encounter opened the show from the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Cargill faces Ripley next week at Clash in Italy for the WWE Women’s Championship.

The contest initially teased a direct confrontation between Ripley and Cargill. However, Cargill immediately tagged out to B-Fab, drawing loud crowd boos. Ripley quickly overwhelmed B-Fab before tagging in Alexa Bliss, who sustained the advantage with a head-scissor takeover.

The momentum shifted when Cargill pulled Bliss off the apron. She attacked Bliss on the floor during a referee distraction. This allowed her team to isolate Flair in their corner, with Cargill even performing push-ups to taunt her opponents.

Flair eventually avoided a top-rope hurricanrana from Michin. She leveled B-Fab with a big boot, allowing both sides to make hot tags. Ripley cleared the opposing apron and hit Michin with a missile dropkick.

A fast-paced series of exchanges followed, featuring a double DDT from Bliss and a top-rope crossbody by Flair. Michin managed to execute a Styles Clash on Flair, but Ripley broke up the pinfall attempt.

The legal competitors eventually became Ripley and Cargill. Ripley initially gained the upper hand by hitting a Rip Tide, but Michin rushed in to break up the cover.

Following a sequence of stereo fallaway slams by Flair and Ripley, the babyface trio paused to pose for the crowd.

Cargill capitalized on the distraction and blindsided the group. She hit Ripley with a pump kick and the Jaded slam to secure the victory.
