Trey Miguel is not going anywhere.
Miguel recently re-signed with TNA Wrestling, per an announcement made by the company on Friday.
31-year-old Miguel has been a frequent name in TNA since 2019. In that time, he has put together two runs with the X-Division Championship, a reign as tag champs alongside Zachary Wentz, and most recently had a stint as International Champion.
Miguel was briefly expected to join the AEW roster earlier this year along with the three other members of his group, The Rascalz. While the other three joined the promotion and remain on the roster to this day, Miguel was reportedly released from the company shortly after reaching a deal.
The sudden AEW signing and then departure brought Miguel back to TNA, where he has been a singles star since January.
Miguel has been out of the ring since TNA’s Rebellion event in April, as a patella injury has kept him on the sidelines. While the injury didn’t require surgery, Miguel remains out of action due to it.
The terms of Miguel’s new deal aren’t known at the moment.
