Bronson Reed is back, and he has aligned himself with a brand-new faction.
Reed made his return on Saturday Night’s Main Event this weekend, helping the team of Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker overcome CM Punk and Sami Zayn in tag action.
Reed put Punk through a barricade at ringside during the opening match of Saturday’s show in Tampa. This moment distracted Zayn, who was speared in the ring by Breakker to end the match moments later.
It became clear after the match that Reed will now be associated with the Paul Heyman-backed faction, which was formed shortly after Wrestlemania 41. All four posed in the ring afterwards, then Reed delivered his Tsunami finisher to Punk.
Reed had been out of action for half a year due to a foot injury. He was last seen at Survivor Series: WarGames back in November, where he was hurt after delivering a Tsunami off the top of a steel cage.
