Sol Ruca will head into Atlanta this weekend still a double champ.
Ruca defended her WWE Speed Women’s Championship for the second time this week, overcoming The Secret Hervice’s Alba Fyre in a four-minute contest.
The exclusive X web series, which was taped at the WWE Performance Center, aired on Wednesday afternoon.

With a little less than a minute to go in their five-minute title match, Ruca connected with her Sol Snatcher finishing move onto Fyre to earn herself a pinfall victory. She had tried for the maneuver earlier in the bout, but was unsuccessful upon prior attempts.
Ruca is set to hit 100 days as champ following her latest win. The NXT star initially claimed the belt back in April, dethroning Candice LeRae. She later defended the belt against Ivy Nile in a buzzer-beating victory.
Ahead of a weekend that will see her attempt to defend her NXT Women’s North American Championship at Great American Bash, then try to claim tag gold alongside Zaria at Evolution, Ruca has some momentum on her side.
Fyre fought her way through a four-woman bracket to earn the title shot, previously beating Thea Hail and B-Fab.
While championship broadcasts on Speed usually end with a preview of the next #1 contenders tournament, nothing was announced at the end of Wednesday’s episode.
Typically, a men’s bracket would start next, finding the upcoming contender for the show’s other title. Complicating things, however, is the fact that El Grande Americano (Chad Gable) is the current men’s champ, and he’s out due to injury.
WWE started utilizing Ludwig Kaiser as the new El Grande Americano on this week’s Raw.
