The GHC Heavyweight Championship reign of Ozawa (Taishi Ozawa) ended on Saturday’s Pro Wrestling NOAH card.

Kenoh won the GHC Heavyweight title for the fourth time, defeating the incumbent in the main event on Saturday at Korakuen Hall after a referee stoppage after hitting the Super Octopus kick.

It ends Ozawa’s reign, which began in January when he defeated Kaito Kiyomiya on NOAH’s ‘The New Year 2025’ card. The promotion has been built around the 28-year-old, who was skyrocketed to the top of the company and joined the Team 2000X unit.

Ozawa has been wrestling for less than three years and has been among the most improved performers in the world since returning from his U.K. excursion last fall.

Kenoh first won the championship in 2017 and last held it in 2022 as he begins his fourth run with the championship.

After the match, Kenoh was immediately challenged by KENTA for a title match on Sunday.

Before the main event, YO-HEY retained the GHC Jr. Heavyweight title against HAYATA.
