Real American Freestyle has secured a streaming deal for its launch event next month.
On Monday, it was announced that the Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff amateur wrestling vehicle will see its first event streamed on Fox Nation.
The debut of Real American Freestyle will air from the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio, where ticket sales have been sluggish. WrestleTix last reported a ticket distribution figure of 639 while the ticket map displays over 13,000 seats.
In its press release, Fox Nation announced that it will also air Real American Freestyle’s second event this fall.
The broadcast team for the inaugural show will include Chael Sonnen, Kurt Angle, and Bubba Jenkins.
The August 30 event in Cleveland will include:
- Bo Nickal vs. Jacob Cardenas
- Yianni Diakomihalis vs. Bajrang Punia
- Darrion Caldwell vs. Real Woods
- Austin Gomez vs. Lance Palmer
- Kennedy Blades vs. Alejandra Rivera
- Sarah Hildebrandt vs. Zeltzin Hernandez
Fox Nation was launched in November 201,8, and this past March, CEO Lachlan Murdoch cited a subscriber number for the service of between 2 million and 2.5 million.
