AEW Dynamite viewership ticks up while demo rating dips

The July 23rd episode of AEW Dynamite averaged 608,000 viewers on TBS, while the rating in the key 18-49 demographic fell to its lowest number since April.

According to Programming Insider and Wrestlenomics, the overall viewership was up three percent from the previous week’s figure of 588,000.

In the 18-49 demographic, the show posted a 0.14 rating, which was a seven percent drop from last week’s 0.15. This represents the lowest rating in that category since April 23, 2025.

Dynamite ranked eighth for the night among cable originals. The top spot was held by ESPN’s broadcast of the Boston Red Sox vs. Philadelphia Phillies baseball game, which drew a 0.32 rating in the 18-49 demographic.

The episode from Chicago featured Mark Briscoe defeating Claudio Castagnoli in the main event. Elsewhere on the show, Hangman Page beat Wheeler Yuta, and it was announced that Page would defend his AEW World Championship against Jon Moxley on next week’s episode.
