Kevin Nash will be undergoing a procedure to correct an irregular heartbeat.

The former wrestler shared the news on his Kliq This podcast, stating that he recently learned that he may have had a heart attack twenty years ago. His cardiologist observed that Nash had some scar tissue on his heart and cited the cause as either being genetic or when Nash had a stent inserted twenty years ago.

Nash’s father died young at age 36 from a heart attack, and when the autopsy was performed, it was discovered that his father had four prior heart attacks before the fifth one was fatal.

The irregular heartbeat is a separate issue, which the former WWE & WCW wrestler stated would be corrected with a procedure to “zap you and put you back in rhythm.”

It was nearly twenty years ago exactly when Nash was scheduled to headline TNA’s Bound for Glory pay-per-view against Jeff Jarrett, but was forced to miss the show after being rushed to the hospital with chest pains.

Nash has not wrestled since 2018.
