POST Wrestling Café members — Kate from Montreal will be joined by John Kleinchester on Sunday for a full review of tonight’s show and more on Collision Course.
The “Homecoming” edition of AEW Collision on October 11, 2025, from Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida, was an eventful show overshadowed by a legitimate injury to Kota Ibushi.
The main event saw the new alliance of FTR and Megan Bayne secure a victory, while a significant backstage segment featured Jack Perry approaching a skeptical Kenny Omega with an offer of help.
Ibushi’s opening match against Josh Alexander was stopped when Ibushi took a fall from the top turnbuckle to the floor.
In the main event, Megan Bayne pinned Willow Nightingale in a mixed trios match that also featured FTR and JetSpeed.
Elsewhere on the show, The Triangle of Madness defeated a team that included AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander and her WrestleDream challenger Toni Storm, and Eddie Kingston continued his winning streak.

Josh Alexander vs. Kota Ibushi
The show opened with Josh Alexander, accompanied by Don Callis, taking on Kota Ibushi. The match came to an abrupt and concerning end. Late in the contest, Alexander had Ibushi on the top turnbuckle, setting up a move. Alexander appeared to lose his balance, and Ibushi fell backward off the top, over the ring post, and crashed to the floor, clutching his leg. Medical personnel immediately checked on Ibushi, who was unable to return to the ring, leading the referee to award the match to Alexander via countout.
Following the bell, Don Callis began to address the crowd before another member of his family, Mark Davis, attacked the downed Ibushi. This prompted Kenny Omega to run to the ring with a trash can, chasing off Alexander and Davis. Ibushi was then tended to by officials. It was later reported that Ibushi sustained a legitimate injury during the fall.

Another video package highlighted the feud between AEW World Champion Samoa Joe and Hangman Adam Page ahead of their title match.
Anthony Bowens & Max Caster vs. Big Bill & Bryan Keith
The reluctant team of Anthony Bowens and Max Caster defeated Big Bill and Bryan Keith. The match was defined by Bowens and Caster’s dysfunctional teamwork, as they repeatedly blind-tagged each other to either enter the match or avoid facing Big Bill. Late in the match, the two began shoving each other. The confusion allowed Bowens to hit Keith with a strike after Keith had kicked Caster, and Bowens fell on top for the pinfall victory.
Backstage Segments
Backstage, the Bang Bang Gang encountered a frustrated Big Bill and Bryan Keith. After a brief verbal exchange, Ace Austin challenged the duo to a future match.
Later, Lexy Nair interviewed The Conglomeration. Roderick Strong issued a challenge to Jon Moxley, while Willow Nightingale confirmed she would be backing up her partners in the main event.
Footage was shown from New York Comic-Con of Darby Allin attacking Jon Moxley. This was followed by a promo from the Death Riders, with Moxley promising to smash Allin’s face the next time he sees him.
"We will not be held responsible for what happens next."

The Triangle of Madness vs. Kris Statlander, Toni Storm & Harley Cameron
In a six-woman tag team match, Thekla, Julia Hart, and Skye Blue were victorious. The story of the match centered on the tension between Statlander and Storm, who will face each other for the AEW Women’s World Championship at WrestleDream. At one point, a kick from Statlander intended for Hart nearly struck Storm.

The miscommunication left Harley Cameron isolated, and Thekla hit her with a spear to secure the pin for her team.
Jack Perry approaches Kenny Omega
In a notable backstage segment, Jack Perry entered Kenny Omega’s locker room. Perry apologized for his past actions and for what happened to Omega’s friend, Kota Ibushi, earlier in the night. Perry stated that he and Omega share common enemies in the Don Callis Family and offered to have Omega’s back. A highly suspicious Omega rejected the offer, telling Perry he doesn’t trust him or his “big dumb dinosaur” and that if Perry wants to prove himself, he should show up on Dynamite.
"You and I have some of the same enemies!"

Eddie Kingston vs. The Beast Mortos
Immediately following the previous match, Eddie Kingston made his way to the ring to face The Beast Mortos, who had been at ringside with LFI. Kingston endured a physical onslaught from Mortos before mounting a comeback. Kingston hit an exploder suplex followed by his signature spinning backfist, knocking Mortos out for the pinfall win.
Main Event: FTR & Megan Bayne vs. JetSpeed & Willow Nightingale
The main event was a mixed six-person tag team match pitting the new alliance of FTR and Megan Bayne against Willow Nightingale and JetSpeed. The lengthy match saw several highlights, including powerful exchanges between Bayne and Nightingale and fast-paced sequences involving FTR and JetSpeed. At one point, Nightingale, Bailey, and Knight had all three of their opponents locked in submission holds simultaneously.

The finish came after interference from Stokely Hathaway and Penelope Ford. With the referee distracted by Hathaway, Ford came off the top rope to complete a Doomsday Device on Nightingale, allowing Bayne to get the pin.
After the match, Bayne and Ford continued to attack Nightingale until Harley Cameron ran down for the save, armed with a guitar neck. The show ended with Cameron and Nightingale standing tall in the ring as their opponents retreated.
