The “Youngest In Charge” will return to NXT next week.

TNA X-Division Champion Leon Slater will put his title on the line as part of next week’s episode, defending his belt against Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo. The bout was one of five segments confirmed for next Tuesday’s show from the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

The matchup was made after Stacks confronted Slater backstage on this week’s NXT. Since he is in an on-screen relationship with Arianna Grace, daughter of TNA General Manager Santino Marella, Stacks used his connections to get himself a title match booked for next week.

21-year-old Slater has competed on NXT TV before, including on the “Showdown” episode of the program earlier this month, but the upcoming bout marks the first time he has defended his X-Division title on the show.

Slater started his title reign back at Slammiversary in July and has appeared in five title matchups since then, including a bout on Sunday against Leon Slater, which was interrupted by DarkState.

It was also confirmed that NXT Champion Ricky Saints and Trick Williams will appear for a contract signing on next week’s episode. Saints challenged Williams to a match at Halloween Havoc on Tuesday’s episode. Wanting to send a message before they face off at the PLE, Williams attacked Saints backstage later in the show.

The tag duo of Bronco Nima and Lucien Price, OTM, will make their in-ring return to NXT TV next week when they face Hank & Tank.

OTM, who haven’t been seen on NXT TV since May, interrupted a three-way tag bout on this week’s show, making a statement by attacking the teams involved. Looking for payback after getting their match thrown out, Hank & Tank will get the chance to face OTM in a week’s time.

The opening round of a four-man WWE Speed tournament will kick off next week as well. Fighting under three-minute time limits, the semi-finals will see Smackdown’s Axiom face EVOLVE’s Sean Legacy, and NXT’s Jasper Troy meet TNA’s Zachary Wentz. The winner of the tournament will go on to face current WWE Speed Champion El Grande Americano.

Here’s a look at everything booked for next week thus far:

  • Ricky Saints & Trick Williams contract signing for Halloween Havoc
  • Leon Slater vs. Stacks (TNA X-Division Championship)
  • Hank & Tank vs. OTM
  • Axiom vs. Sean Legacy (WWE Speed Semi-Final)
  • Jasper Troy vs. Zachary Wentz (WWE Speed Semi-Final)
