Rhea Ripley sustained an injury to her nose during a WWE live event in Tokyo on Saturday.
The incident occurred during a tag team match that saw Ripley team with IYO SKY against the Kabuki Warriors. Ripley appeared to be injured while catching SKY, who had been tossed over the top rope.
Fan reports from the arena indicated that Ripley was escorted to the back after the sequence.
Despite the break, Ripley returned to the ring for the show’s final segment. She accompanied AJ Styles as he addressed the crowd.
Ripley later posted several images of her swollen nose to her social media accounts.

It is not known if the injury will affect her status for upcoming WWE television tapings.
