AEW Collision moves to Thanksgiving Day, avoids WWE Survivor Series

AEW Collision will air on Thanksgiving Day this November, a move that avoids a head-to-head broadcast conflict with WWE Survivor Series.

The schedule change was confirmed in a Warner Bros. Discovery press release highlighting its November 2025 programming. The release lists AEW Collision for Thursday, November 27, at 8 p.m. ET, rather than its usual Saturday night slot.

This rescheduling means the program will not air opposite WWE’s Survivor Series. That premium live event is scheduled for Saturday, November 29.

In 2025, Collision twice aired head-to-head with WWE main roster premium live events, and both outings posted lows for the series. The February 1 episode, opposite the Royal Rumble, averaged 197,000 viewers and 0.04 in P18–49, the weakest demo for a Saturday 8 pm telecast to that point.

On March 1, against Elimination Chamber in Toronto, Collision drew 280,000 and 0.06.
