Seth Rollins says that he will begin the rehabilitation process for his current shoulder injury by early next year.

Rollins, who vacated the WWE World Heavyweight Championship last month after suffering a shoulder injury at Crown Jewel, made an appearance this week on comedian Bert Kreischer’s “Something’s Burning” web series.

Early on during the episode, Rollins explained that he plans to stop wearing a sling around a month from now, then begin the rehabilitation process by February 2026 after a brief vacation.

“There’s nothing good about being hurt,” Rollins said on the show. “I’m trying to find the silver linings. I get to spend more time with my daughter, which is great. More time at home. Once I get this thing off, which is in another month, then it might be like full vacation mode for a little while, before I lock in and have to start training and get ready to come back.”

Rollins later mentioned that he wants to “lock in” by February, beginning what he believes would be an 8 to 12 week period of training. This would line him up for a return near Wrestlemania season next year, although it’s unclear if he would be ready to come back before WWE’s biggest event of the year.

Rollins previously mentioned that his injury will take him out of action for six months, a similar timeline to what he mentioned on Kreischer’s show.
