A rematch for the ROH Women’s Television Championship has been added to Final Battle.
Red Velvet issued a challenge to Mercedes Moné during Thursday’s episode of Collision.
Velvet said she left an opening last week and allowed Moné to win, but has never seen the champion appear in Ring of Honor and wants the match on December 5.
They immediately announced the match was added to the card in Columbus, Ohio, and joins a six-way Survival of the Fittest Match for the ROH Championship, which was added earlier in the show.
Red Velvet was injured in June and remained the ROH Women’s Television Champion, but added an interim title during her absence. Moné became the interim champion by defeating Mina Shirakawa at WrestleDream last month.
Moné defeated Red Velvet last week in Boston to unify the belts.
