The month of February on the POST Wrestling Café features a special look at Shinya Hashimoto, WWE Unreal Season 2, and the return of the ASK-A-WAI Mailbag Show.
Rewind-A-Wai will present two shows this month, with the first on February 5, focusing on Shinya Hashimoto. WH Park joins John Pollock & Wai Ting to discuss the late star’s career and highlight several of his matches with Hiroshi Hase, Nobuhiko Takada, Naoya Ogawa, and Toshiaki Kawada.
The next Rewind-A-Wai covers WWE Extreme Rules 2011, with the first pay-per-view after WrestleMania 27 and a rematch between The Miz and John Cena. The show is remembered as much for what occurred after the show ended, when Cena announced the death of Osama bin Laden to the audience off-air.
WWE Unreal Season 2 reviews continue this month as John & Wai chat about the final two episodes of the season, “Performance Art” and “The Pop”. These episodes focus on the fake injury involving Seth Rollins at Saturday Night’s Main Event and the Money in the Bank cash-in at SummerSlam.
