A NJPW performer has announced he has re-signed with the promotion.
Chase Owens claims he has re-signed with New Japan Pro Wrestling with a short post on Friday on X.
Owens has been wrestling for NJPW since 2014, when he began touring with the group as a representative of the NWA as its junior heavyweight champion.
Throughout his tenure, he has held the IWGP tag titles on three occasions with Bad Luck Fale and twice with KENTA. The former member of the Bullet Club and War Dogs spin-off is now a member of the House of Torture.
In 2025, he failed to clinch a spot in the G1 Climax after losing in the “play-in” tournament. He participated in the World Tag League with Yujiro Takahashi and finished with two points in the A Block.
The 35-year-old has yet to wrestle this year.
