Jey Uso attacked before the Elimination Chamber
This week’s episode of SmackDown opens with Jey Uso being lifted onto an ambulance and an irate Jacob Fatu yelling at Nick Aldis to figure out who attacked him. Drew McIntyre emerged from the crowd to claim he had nothing to do with the attack, but this led Aldis and the other members of the men’s Elimination Chamber match to come out one-by-one. Cody Rhodes got under McIntyre’s skin when he said his championship reign has only been him “running like a b**ch.” Randy Orton stated his hope to win the Chamber match and become a 15-time world champion. Trick Williams noted he was referenced in a Bruno Mars song. Je’Von Evans got under Orton’s skin when he said he’d beat his record of youngest world champion. Williams interrupted LA Knight’s catchphrase, and after the crowd went into a “Whoop That Trick” chant, Knight punched Williams, and Orton RKO’d Evans before staring down Rhodes.

Ready for Tiffy Time?
Tiffany Stratton said the other members of the women’s Elimination Chamber match don’t need to sneak up on her, as someone did to Jey. The Kabuki Warriors came in, and Asuka claimed, “Tiffy Time is over.” Stratton said she was ready for Asuka and is willing to go at it tonight. Kairi Sane joked about Stratton being a jellyfish based on her dress before Asuka yelled out for her.
Uncle Howdy vs. Solo Sikoa
Uncle Howdy tries to play mind games, but Solo Sikoa isn’t fazed and takes it to Howdy to start. Things turn for Sikoa after he misses a Samoan Spike outside the ring onto the ring post. Howdy tried working the injured thumb, but Sikoa maintains the advantage by throwing Howdy into a barricade and even taunting Howdy by grabbing the lantern. Sioka earns two nearfalls, one after a Samoan Drop and another after a top-rope splash. Sikoa decides not to go for a Samoan Spike and instead tries for a Sister Abigail. Howdy counters with a mandible claw. Sikoa fights out of it, but after another hip attack try, Howdy intercepts and wins with a Sister Abigail.
Howdy grabs his lantern, but Talla Tonga comes out of nowhere with a boot, and the MFTs take the lantern and run away before the Wyatt Sicks come in.

The Vision calls their shot
Nick Aldis escorts Drew McIntyre out of the building and tells him to stay home for Elimination Chamber. They run into The Vision, and Paul Heyman offers up Logan Paul as Jey Uso’s replacement for the Elimination Chamber. Paul tells Aldis he’ll win the match, even telling him to kiss his bicep. But Aldis makes no promises, as The Vision walks away disgusted with Aldis’ inaction.
Jade sends a warning
Rhea Ripley says she’s focused on her tag title match tonight and not the Elimination Chamber. IYO SKY expresses her support for Ripley to win the match and the women’s championship. Jade Cargill walks in and warns Ripley to stay focused on the Chamber.
Solving a Drew problem
Jacob Fatu doesn’t provide a clear update on Jey Uso, but he tells Nick Aldis that they both have a Drew McIntyre problem, and he wants to settle it by entering the Elimination Chamber and facing McIntyre at WrestleMania. Aldis said he’d get back to him after making a few calls.
Kairi Sane vs. Tiffany Stratton
Asuka cuts a promo before the match, saying that instead of her, Tiffany Stratton will face Kairi Sane and that it’s not “Tiffy Time,” it’s “Kairi Time.” Chelsea Green and Alba Fyre join the commentary desk as Stratton uses her speed over Sane. However, a distraction from Asuka allows Sane to send Stratton face-first into the ring post and gain control. Back from a commercial break, Sane intercepts a Prettiest Moonsault Ever and nails a top-rope corner double stomp for a nearfall. Back and forth action led to the ring apron, where it was claimed by commentary that Sane hit a DDT on Stratton, sending her to the floor. Stratton later pushes Sane off the top rope onto Fyre. Green gets in Stratton’s face until Sane inadvertently hits her with a flying elbow. Stratton gets Sane back into the ring, hits a rolling senton, and wins with the PME.

Logan Paul in Elimination Chamber… unless
Nick Aldis meets The Vision in his office and tells them that Logan Paul will be in the Elimination Chamber match. Paul Heyman senses there’s a catch, and Aldis says Paul will be in the match if he beats Jacob Fatu. Heyman is ready to complain, but Paul stops him and tells Aldis that for someone who sold the most expensive trading card and the “most beautiful person,” he can take on the most dangerous werewolf in WWE.
Hate to break it to ya, @LoganPaul…
None of that is going to help you against @jacobfatu_wwe 😬 pic.twitter.com/zAOS1SYiCJ

Oba Femi vs. The Miz
The Miz quickly goes out of the ring and grabs a mic, telling Oba Femi they don’t need to fight. Femi stepped on Miz’s hand and told him to grab his own mic before Miz continued about how he’s a locker room leader, filling the void John Cena left. Miz told Femi he shouldn’t fight the locker room leaders and asked him to allow him to be his Undertaker. Oba asks the crowd and tells Miz, “You look like a deadman to me.” Femi had a counter for everything The Miz had and made easy work out of him, finishing with the Fall From Grace.

Ilja running out of time
Carmelo Hayes runs into Ilja Dragunov backstage and wonders why he’s in a suit. Dragunov admits he hasn’t been on a great run lately and doesn’t deserve a shot at the United States championship. He tells Hayes to do well in his match, but Hayes tells Dragunov to give himself a pep talk because opportunities don’t always come around.
Matt Cardona vs. Carmelo Hayes
Matt Cardona answers Carmelo Hayes’ open challenge. Cardona was in control for the majority of the match, especially after Hayes missed a splash, landing on the announce table. Hayes regained momentum after catching Cardona in the middle rope and hitting a springboard leg drop. Some nice back and forth with Hayes hitting La Mistica, and then Cardona landed a variation of a tiger driver for a nearfall. Cardona later catches Hayes with a rolling forearm into a Rough Ryder, but another nearfall. Hayes catches Cardona with the First 48 to retain his title.

ESPN tutorial
R-Truth teaches the tag division how to use the ESPN Unlimited app and how to activate it with your cable provider in front of the mystery box, so he might avoid a class-action lawsuit in his future. Kit Wilson interrupts and calls everyone toxic as Candice LeRae rolls in with Johnny Gargano in a funk.
Candice LeRae vs. Jordynne Grace
Johnny Gargano is still in a funk after his mask battle with Axiom to the point where he lay flat on the announce desk to start the match. Candice LeRae and Jordynne Grace go at a fast pace, with LeRae using her speed to counter Grace’s power. Grace hits a delayed vertical suplex off the second rope but only gets a two count. LeRae tries to get momentum after landing a kick, but Gargano mysteriously gets up and walks out of the match, which had her distracted, allowing Grace to win with a pumphandle suplex.
Jade sends more warnings
Raquel Rodriguez says she’s excited for the opportunity for her and Liv Morgan to walk out of WrestleMania as champions, until Jade Cargill comes in and tells Raquel she’s ready to embarrass her if she wins at Elimination Chamber. Michin and B-Fab then confront Jade, where Michin boldly states Jade might not be champion come Mania. B-Fab calms everyone down before things could escalate.
Paranoid Sami
Cody Rhodes wished Jacob Fatu luck in his match and hopes to face him at Elimination Chamber. Sami Zayn shook Rhodes’ hand before confronting Fatu, accusing him of attacking Jey Uso just to take his spot. Fatu is pissed and turns the tables on Zayn for their beef with Drew McIntyre. Zayn apologizes and wishes Fatu luck, and then he throws a table in frustration.
Women’s Tag Team Titles: RHIYO (IYO SKY & Rhea Ripley) vs. The Irresistible Forces (Lash Legend & Nia Jax)
RHIYO show off their teamwork early on, but The Irresistible Forces gain control during the commercial break. The Irresistible Forces continued to halt RHIYO’s momentum, preventing tags and keeping each in their corner at different points in the match. Ripley was roughed up coming out of the second commercial break, hitting the ring post face-first and then taking a Samoan Drop onto the announce desk. IYO SKY breaks up the pin after a Jax leg drop. Jax runs head-first into the ring post, allowing a SKY hot tag. Looked like they tried a spot where Lash lifts IYO for IYO to hit a flying DDT on Jax, but didn’t get it clean. It was a nice sequence where IYO hits a missile dropkick on Lash and then a suicide dive on Nia. SKY hits a double kneestrike, followed up by the moonsault, but Jax breaks up the pin. Jax takes out SKY with The Annihilator. Ripley later hits Jax with a Ripetide, but Lash catches Ripley with the Lash Extension for the win and to crown new tag team champions.
Charlotte cope
Charlotte Flair looks to have gone through multiple pints of ice cream, lamenting not having the tag titles and not being in the Elimination Chamber. Kiana James and Giulia mock Flair and Alexa Bliss, and then Jade Cargill swoops in, only to wish Bliss and James luck.
No. 1 tag team contenders
The MFTs confront Nick Aldis about The Wyatt Sicks, but Aldis points out that Uncle Howdy beat Solo Sikoa and that next week, a No. 1 contender will be named for the tag team titles.
The Irresistible Forces celebration
Nia Jax and Lash Legend celebrate their tag team title win, with Jax pointing out she is a three-time tag team champion. Legend says this will be the first of many titles in WWE. The Irresistible Forces say they will have a celebration for their win next week. Unfortunately, Cathy Kelly is not invited.
Aleister’s master plan
Aleister Black and Zelina Vega meet up with Randy Orton backstage. Orton is growing tired of Black and says he can flip the switch at anytime, which is probably what Black wants. He adds that after Elimination Chamber, he’ll find Black, who, of course, expected that, just like he planned.
Jacob Fatu vs. Logan Paul
Jacob Fatu dominates Logan Paul early, but Paul switches gears, thanks to Austin Theory’s distractions, and gets a nearfall after a powerslam. Fatu dodges a frog splash and hits a superkick. He follows up with a handspring moonsault, but only a two count. Paul meets Fatu up top, but Fatu knocks Paul down with a headbutt. Paul gets the knees up on a Swanton. He follows up with a springboard moonsault, but Fatu kicks out at two. Fatu flips, superkick on Paul, and then a superkick on Theory. Heyman distracts Fatu, allowing Paul to go for a low blow and then a right hand. Frog Splash only gets a two-count. The masked man appears, and Paul unmasks him to reveal … some guy, not even commentary could identify him. Fatu catches Paul with a pop-up Samoan Drop. Drew McIntyre comes in and hits Fatu with the title belt as he’s going for the moonsault. Paul rolls him up for the win and to earn a spot in the Elimination Chamber match.
