She said she received a phone call from Tommy Dreamer in December about the potential of joining the company. Michelle appeared in the crowd as a guest at the premiere of Impact on AMC on January 15.
I’m honestly speechless—I’m so grateful and excited to be back home with wrestling, and to be part of this family at TNA. I can’t wait to bring everything I have to the table, and share this journey with all of you. This is the comeback I never expected…
Michelle was part of the inaugural Diva Search in WWE in 2004, which was won by Christy Hemme. Michelle was signed alongside several of the participants and worked there until 2009.
In June 2007, Michelle won the Women’s Championship from Melina and held the belt for over three months. She was affected by several injuries later in her WWE run.
Since her appearance in January, she has actively been promoting TNA online.
