The episode of AEW Dynamite following Revolution attracted the show’s largest audience since Grand Slam Mexico last June.
The March 18 episode from Fresno averaged 730,000 viewers and 177,000 viewers (0.13) in the 18-49 demographic on TBS and doesn’t include viewership on HBO Max.
Its audience grew by 18% this week, the highest it’s hit since June 18 when it hosted Grand Slam Mexico at Arena México. The 18-49 demo increased by 44% from last week and hit a six-week high.
In the demo, females increased from 40,000 to 67,000 viewers this week, and males went from 87,000 to 108,000.
Adults 18-34 saw a minor bump from 0.07 to 0.09, while adults 25-54 increased from 0.16 to 0.20.
Dynamite ranked eighth among cable programming in prime time behind coverage of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament on truTV, an NBA game on ESPN, and multiple programs on Fox News. CBS’ Survivor was the top program on broadcast Wednesday with 5,216,000 viewers and 0.79 in the 18-49 demographic.
