The Young Bucks will face Jon Moxley and Will Ospreay in a tag team match at AEW Redemption.

Matt and Nick Jackson issued the challenge during Saturday’s edition of Collision.

The Bucks questioned Ospreay’s growing association with Moxley and the Death Riders. Nick referred to Ospreay asking them to leave the ring after they helped present Kenny Omega with the AEW World Championship, and said Omega needed to be shown that he could not trust Ospreay.

Matt then challenged Ospreay and Moxley to meet them in Montreal.

Moxley appeared alongside Ospreay later in the show and accepted the match. He acknowledged that his relationship with the Bucks has shifted between rivalry and cooperation throughout their time in AEW.

The Young Bucks and myself have been doing this dance for a long time. Our territories share a border, so naturally, we’ve been enemies and we’ve been allies, depending on what the situation calls for.

Moxley added that he had always held an “intrinsic disdain for all things Elite” and said the match would be personal.

Ospreay and Moxley initially found themselves on opposite sides following Ospreay’s return at Revolution. Moxley defeated him in an AEW Continental Championship match at Dynasty, but the two have since formed an alliance, with Moxley taking on a mentoring role.

They first teamed on the July 1 edition of Dynamite, defeating Blake Christian and Lee Johnson, before recording another tag victory at Beach Break one week later.

AEW Redemption takes place Sunday, July 26 at the Bell Centre in Montreal.
