A stacked episode of NXT will go down next week.
The August 4 edition of NXT from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida will feature three title showdowns, including a highly anticipated rematch in the main event.
NXT Women’s Champion Kendal Grey will try to take down rival Lola Vice one last time next week, meeting in a special “Underground” match. Former champ Vice is undefeated in the shoot style-inspired match stipulation, as the former MMA fighter has competed in it many times before. Will Vice be able to continue her undefeated run and reclaim champ status? Or will Grey put an end to her long-standing rivalry?
Two other championship matchups have been confirmed for next week.
It’ll be a No Quarter Catch Crew reunion when Myles Borne and Tavion Heights team up and challenge NXT Tag Team Champions The Vanity Project next week. Borne was given the tag title opportunity in exchange for defending his North American belt against Kam Hendrix on the most recent episode.
Also, WWE Women’s Speed Champion Wren Sinclair will defend her title against Zaria. If Sinclair retains, she’ll get a future shot at Zaria’s North American belt.
Along with the title showdowns, it’s expected that new allies Jaida Parker and Thea Hail will team up and face Nattie students Karmen Petrovic and Nikkita Lyons.
