CMLL’s busy 93rd Anniversary event has received yet another addition.
AEW’s Jeff Jarrett cut a promo on last night’s episode of CMLL Informa, formally calling for a match against fellow wrestling veteran Blue Panther. The match is joining a busy lineup on September 18 from Arena Mexico in Mexico City.

The upcoming bout is a first-ever singles matchup between Blue Panther and Jarrett, who nearly have a combined 90 years of in-ring experience.
While Jarrett is a new name to CMLL, with the upcoming booking being his second-ever showing for the company, he is no stranger to Mexico. “The Last Outlaw” appeared frequently for AAA from 2004 to 2025, carrying the brand’s Mega Championship at times.
Here’s an updated look at CMLL’s Anniversary lineup.
The final team for the event’s four-way tag title showdown will be confirmed during tomorrow night’s Arena Mexico show. The teams competing for the title match spot will be: Calavera Jr. I and II, Difunto and Furia Roja, as well as Xelhua and Guerrero Maya Jr.
