Two singles showcase matches, along with some faction warfare, have been added to this Saturday’s edition of AEW Collision.
A special “Fright Night” edition of Collision, which is being taped this evening at the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri but will air on Halloween night, has four matchups booked for it.
During a backstage segment on this week’s episode of Dynamite, The Conglomeration made it clear that they have a bone to pick with AEW’s newest faction, The Cut. After challenging any trio from the group to a match for this Saturday, it was confirmed that Kyle O’Reilly, Roderick Strong, and Orange Cassidy will face off against Juice Robinson plus Austin and Colten Gunn.
After Ilja Dragunov and Tommaso Ciampa had a face-to-face on this week’s Dynamite, they’ll both be in singles action on Saturday. Dragunov will battle with The Beast Mortos, while Ciampa will face off against St. Louis’ own Matt Sydal.
It was previously announced that this weekend’s show will see Artist of STARDOM Champions, the Triangle of Madness, put their titles on the line against the team of Hazuki, Koguma, and Fuwa-chan. The rivalry dates back to last month’s STARDOM To The World event, when the Joshi trio challenged Thekla’s squad.
Here’s a look at this weekend’s lineup so far:
- Kyle O’Reilly, Roderick Strong & Orange Cassidy vs. Juice Robinson, Austin Gunn & Colten Gunn
- Ilja Dragunov vs. The Beast Mortos
- Tommaso Ciampa vs. Matt Sydal
- Julia Hart, Skye Blue & Thekla vs. Hazuki, Koguma & Fuwa-chan (Artists of STARDOM Championships)
