Jimmy Uso is expected to miss a significant amount of time after suffering a knee injury that will take him out for most, if not all of 2020.

It was first reported by Ringside News that Uso (Jonathan Solofa Fatu) suffered a knee injury, POST Wrestling has confirmed the injury is to the knee and the timetable is estimated at 6-9 months to make a recovery. We have not been able to confirm the specific type of knee injury that he sustained.

Uso last appeared in the ladder match at WrestleMania 36 on the first night involving John Morrison and Kofi Kingston for the SmackDown tag titles.

The 34-year old was off television for the last half of 2019 following a DUI arrest in July. Last December, he was found not guilty by a jury and returned to WWE television in January 2020 with his brother Jey on the SmackDown brand.
