Omega & Good Brothers vs. Swann & MCMG set for IMPACT’s ‘Hard To Kill’ PPV

The first match from the AEW-IMPACT crossover is taking place at IMPACT Wrestling's Hard To Kill pay-per-view.

The main event of IMPACT Wrestling’s 12/15 show on AXS saw Karl Anderson and Chris Sabin going one-on-one. The match between the two had been teased throughout the night with Anderson receiving pep talks from AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and Don Callis while Sabin received support from IMPACT World Champion Rich Swann and Alex Shelley.

Karl Anderson won the match by holding Sabin’s tights during a rollup. As Anderson was celebrating on the stage, he was met by Swann and they began exchanging blows. As their brawl made its way to the backstage area, Doc Gallows, Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin got involved.

Coming into frame was Kenny Omega who laid out Swann. IMPACT Co-Executive Vice President Don Callis then made the match official that at Hard To Kill on January 16th, Kenny Omega and the IMPACT World Tag Team Champions Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows will reunite to take on Rich Swann and Motor City Machine Guns.

This is the first match to have been made official from the crossover between AEW and IMPACT. As of this writing, here’s the updated lineup for Hard To Kill:

* IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Championship Tournament Final: Kiera Hogan & Tasha Steelz vs. TBD
* Kenny Omega & The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows) vs. Rich Swann & Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin)
