A change has been made behind the scenes at MLW.
Mike Kitlas has exited his role as Senior Director of Live Events for MLW, per reports from PWInsider and Fightful. Kitlas had been with the company since November 2019.
Fightful Select confirmed on Sunday night that Rafael Morffi replaced him just over a month ago. Morffi previously worked as the Vice President of Live Events and Touring for AEW. He started with AEW in 2019 and left near the end of 2023.
MLW saw another change behind the scenes recently, as decorated actor and professional wrestler Paul Walter Hauser parted ways with the company. Hauser, who joined MLW in an executive producer role a year and a half ago, said his exit came due to “creative differences.”
