Bea Priestley competed in one of the marquee matches at today’s STARDOM show. She challenged Utami Hayashishita for the World of STARDOM Championship and was defeated in that match.

Following the bout, Priestley got on the microphone and stated that she has love for Utami, Momo Watanabe and the STARDOM promotion. Priestley followed that up by thanking STARDOM and said it will be her last match for the organization.

Priestley recently wrapped up a stint in New Japan Pro-Wrestling where she was paired with Jeff Cobb, Great-O-Khan and the new IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Will Ospreay. Bea last appeared for NJPW after the 2021 New Japan Cup when she was given a Cutter by Ospreay after his tournament win.

Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline noted that when she chose to not sign a new deal with New Japan, she also made the decision to not re-sign with STARDOM. Priestley is leaving Japan as a whole.
