ROH World Television Title match announced for Best in the World

Tony Deppen is putting his ROH World TV Title on the line at Best In The World against Dragon Lee, who never lost the title

Ring of Honor is inching closer to their first event with fans in attendance in over a year. The Best in the World pay-per-view is scheduled for July 11th at the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena.

The ROH World Television Championship is going to be defended on the show and the current champion Tony Deppen will defend against Dragon Lee.

Deppen won the title from Tracy Williams during an ROH TV taping. Dragon Lee never lost the TV Title and had been reigning as champion since December of 2019. He was out of action and Kenny King filled in for him to defend the title at the 19th Anniversary show and King lost.

Dragon Lee is now getting his rematch for the title at Best in the World which will also feature the following matches:

  • Brody King vs. Jay Lethal
  • Last Man Standing Match: Silas Young vs. Josh Woods
  • EC3 vs. Flip Gordon
  • ROH World Television Championship: Tony Deppen (c) vs. Dragon Lee
