Eddie Edwards aligns with Honor No More at IMPACT No Surrender

Former Ring of Honor World Champion Eddie Edwards helps Honor No More remain in IMPACT Wrestling

Honor No More gets some assistance from a former ROH World Champion.

Headlining IMPACT Wrestling’s No Surrender show was the five-on-five match between Team IMPACT (Chris Sabin, Rich Swann, Willie Mack & Rhino) and Honor No More (Kenny King, Matt Taven, Vincent, Mike Bennett & PCO).

The stipulation was that if Honor No More lost, they had to depart IMPACT Wrestling. Prior to the match, Eddie Edwards, who was scheduled to be a part of Team IMPACT, was found laid out backstage and he was replaced in the match by Willie Mack.

Eddie appeared during the main event and ambushed Team IMPACT to help Honor No More remain in the company.

Eddie Edwards is the first Triple Crown Champion in Ring of Honor history. He started his run with ROH in 2006 and finished up in 2013.

Leading up to the match, Edwards had been questioning the loyalty of Steve Maclin, who adamantly expressed that he wanted to be a part of Team IMPACT.
