Two title matches announced for NJPW Golden Fight Series on 4/25

NJPW will host two championship matches at its Golden Fight Series event in Hiroshima later this month.

The April 25th event from Hiroshima Sun Place will be headlined by a KOPW 2022 match with holder Taichi defending the trophy against Shingo Takagi with no time limit for the contest.

Taichi defeated Toru Yano at Hyper Battle on Saturday in a Sumo contest and announced he would take the KOPW crown “to a new stage” and issued a challenge to Takagi.

The card will also feature a NEVER Openweight Six-Man tag title match as EVIL, SHO & Yujiro Takahashi will defend the titles against Hiroshi Tanahashi & Guerrillas of Destiny.
