Airing on the 4th of July holiday in the U.S., NXT dropped to its lowest viewership on the USA Network.

This past Tuesday’s taped edition of the show averaged 508,000 viewers and 166,000 (0.13) in the 18-49 demographic, per Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics.

It was NXT’s lowest audience on the USA Network since launching on the network in September 2019. It was the show’s lowest 18-49 audience since March 21, 2023.

The show dropped 18% in viewers and 25% in the key demo from the previous week’s Gold Rush episode that included multiple title matches.

Adults 18-34 were down by a sizable margin of 34% including a 36% drop with men and 32% decline among women in that demo.

Adults 35-49 fell by 17% for the week with a fairly similar distribution among men and women from last week.

In Canada, the show gained 31% in viewership with 54,700 viewers and 28,600 in the 25-54 demographic on Sportsnet 360. NXT ranked seventh among sports programs in Canada on Tuesday and was fifth in the demo.

The taped show from the Performance Center included a “Loser Leaves NXT” match with The Dyad defeating The Creeds, and an NXT Underground match between Eddy Thorpe and Damon Kemp that featured Olympic Gold Medalist Gable Steveson in the corner of Thorpe.
