A torn ACL put AMAKUSA on the shelf.

It was on August 10th, 2023, that AMAKUSA suffered a torn ACL while competing in a number one contenders match to determine the next challengers to the GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Titles.

For the first time since that injury, he appeared for Pro Wrestling NOAH. AMAKUSA showed up at the WRESTLE MAGIC pay-per-view at Ryōgoku Sumo Hall.

He stated that he’ll be back in action in June.

Coming up for NOAH on May 22nd is their second ‘One Night Dream’ event. It’ll feature a singles match between Kenoh and Minoru Suzuki.
