Multiple matches were announced for TNA’s Against All Odds special next week, including the challenger for the TNA Championship.

On Thursday’s taped show from Brampton, Ontario, several matches were made for the June 6 special in Arizona. Elijah will get to challenge the winner of next Tuesday’s match between Trick Williams and Mike Santana for the TNA Championship.

Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz won a four-way number one contender’s match against AJ Francis & KC Navarro, Eddie Edwards & Brian Myers, and Laredo Kid (who had to wrestle solo after Octagon Jr. was attacked by The System). The win sets up a TNA tag title match at Against All Odds with The Rascalz challenging Nic & Ryan Nemeth.

After Lei Ying Lee beat Ash by Elegance, a challenge was issued by Knockouts champion Masha Slamovich for Against All Odds.

Joe Hendry will face Frankie Kazarian at Against All Odds, but neither appeared on the episode.

After their match on the pre-show at Under Siege ended in a disqualification, Rosemary and Xia Brookside are building to a Monster’s Ball match. The match was not announced for a specific show but was hinted at during a promo by Rosemary.

The main event feature saw Steve Maclin retain the TNA International title against Matt Cardona. Cardona used the Unprettier and led to a chant of, “Chelsea’s Better”. Maclin kicked out of Radio Silence and came back to hit Caught in the Crosshairs and the KIA to win.

Former WWE official Jimmy Korderas had a cameo role on the show after being introduced by Arianna Grace to serve as the referee for the mixed tag match involving Grace and Santino Marella.

The match was changed with Robert Stone stating Tessa Blanchard was injured and was replaced with Victoria Crawford. Stone allowed Alisha Edwards to become the special enforcer, banned Marella’s Cobra, and limited the match to ten minutes. After Korderas was knocked out, Crawford landed an axe kick on Grace, and Edwards counted the pin.

The episode featured a lengthy profile and interview on incoming talents Myla Grace and Harley Hudson, who spoke about their journey to TNA and having a match against each other, and opting to team up in the Knockouts division. Later, they confronted Heather by Elegance and Maggie Lee (who is now “M by Elegance”) and poured champagne on Lee.

Next week’s show will feature Moose defending the X Division title against Eric Young.
