Elijah has suffered a major injury.

During this past Tuesday’s six-man tag match on NXT, Elijah came off the top rope with double knees and suffered a triceps tear, according to Fightful Select, with the performer already undergoing surgery.

Elijah was teaming with Josh Briggs & Yoshiki Inamura against Trick Williams, Wes Lee & AJ Francis on the show.

Because this past week’s episode of Impact Wrestling was a taped show, Elijah appeared and wrestled on the show without any sign of an injury.

The performer wrestled as Elias Samson / Elias in NXT beginning in 2014 and was called to the main roster three years later. In 2022, he played the role of Ezekiel and was released the next year. He debuted with TNA earlier this year under the new name, Elijah.

It is not known what the timetable for Elijah’s recovery will be, but we wish him a full and speedy one.
