“The Sauce” is coming back to the ROH ring later this month.
Alex Zayne will make his return to ROH TV this Thursday, appearing in singles action against former Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta. The match, announced today, was taped last week during an AEW event in Kent, Washington.
Zayne, a freelancer who has worked tours with NJPW and performs throughout the states, has made periodic appearances in ROH over the years.
He last wrestled for the promotion a little over a year ago, when he challenged for their six-man tag titles alongside Minoru Suzuki and Lance Archer at Supercard of Honor 2024.
He’ll try to get past Death Riders member Yuta when he appears on Thursday.
A few matches have been announced for Thursday’s ROH, the second-last episode before the promotion presents a PPV card as part of All In weekend. Here’s everything that has been revealed thus far:
