NXT’s Jordynne Grace has landed an indie film role.

The former TNA Knockouts World Champion will play a part in the upcoming fantasy movie “Welcome to Paradise,” Variety reported on Saturday.

The independent movie, written and directed by Richard Summers-Calvert, is described in the report as a “surreal fantasy film” which “blends psychological drama, dark comedy and mythic surrealism, centering on a mysterious carnival where winning may mean survival and losing could trap visitors in an alternate reality forever.”

The film is currently in post-production, per IMDB. Variety noted that they’re hoping to get the project screening at film festivals by late 2025.

The news continues what has been a big year for Grace thus far. It was announced months ago that Grace had signed a WWE deal, joining the NXT roster after over a decade on the U.S. independent scene.

She’s expected to appear at the Evolution Premium Live Event (PLE) next weekend, challenging Jacy Jayne for the NXT Women’s Championship. And soon, it looks like she’ll be seen on big screens at film festivals, too.
