Canadian sports host Emily Agard is joining WWE and will become part of its broadcast team.
Agard shared the news on Instagram, tagging NXT in the post:
Dreams do come true! SO excited and beyond grateful to be joining the @wwe broadcast team. If you know me, you know this has been a huge goal of mine and an absolute dream. I love wrestling. Cannot wait to dive right in. Let’s get to work! @wwenxt
Agard has worked at Rogers Sportsnet as an on-air host since November 2021. She follows past Sportsnet personalities Renee Paquette, Arda Ocal, and Jackie Redmond, who went on to work at WWE.
Sportsnet previously held WWE’s programming rights in Canada before moving to Netflix in January 2025.
