CM Punk is being accused of striking another fan over WrestleMania Weekend in Las Vegas.

TMZ has released audio from a 911 call by a fan, accusing the WWE talent of pushing and shoving him in the chest.

The fan was hanging out at the MGM Grand Hotel to seek photos and autographs after midnight local time, and said it was “without ill intentions”. He described Punk’s face as “red and full of anger”.

This is the second incident linked to Punk at the MGM Grand. Last week, video footage was posted of Punk swatting a fan’s phone, who was recording Bayley and AJ Lee hugging after he was instructed to stop by Bayley.

The TMZ story states that officers from the Las Vegas Police Department responded to a disturbance at the hotel and questioned the parties, but no report was filed, and Punk was allowed to go.
