Nearly all entrants in this year’s STARDOM 5Star Grand Prix have been confirmed.

All but two spots in the 32-woman tournament were confirmed on Saturday night during the promotion’s “The Conversion” event. The final slots will be determined through a pair of qualifier matches that will take place in the coming weeks.

The tournament will begin with four round robin groups. The top three names from each block will advance into a 12-person, single-elimination bracket, determining the tournament’s winner. The first-place wrestler in each block earns a bye to the second round of the knockout bracket.

Similar to NJPW’s G1 Climax, the winner of the tournament earns a future title shot against the brand’s top champ, the World of STARDOM Champion.

The Red Stars A Block will feature 2025 runner-up AZM, 2024 winner Maika, Sayaka Kurara, Rina, Tomoka Inaba, Itsuki Aoki, Natsuko Tora, and one of the qualifying names that hasn’t been confirmed just yet.

Red Stars B Block will feature 2020 tournament winner Utami Hayashishita, 2019 runner-up Konami, as well as Saya Iida, Lady C, Azusa Inaba, Mei Seira, Rina Yamashita, and, in her first-ever 5Star GP, Maki Itoh.

Blue Stars A Block will include the newly-crowned defending World of STARDOM Champion Suzu Suzuki, as well as Aya Sakura, HANAKO, Rian, Hina, Miyu Amasaki, Ruaka, and Bea Priestley.

Attempting to go back-to-back this year will be 2025 champ Momo Watanabe, who will start her run in the Blue Stars B Block. Also in the block will be Hanan, Yuna Mizumori, Koguma, Ami Sohrei, Saya Kamitani, Starlight Kid, and a final qualifier.
