TJPW announces 24-person lineup for 2026 Princess Cup

TJPW has announced the field for this year’s Princess Cup.

First established in 2014, the Princess Cup is TJPW’s biggest tournament of the year. The tournament establishes who will challenge the TJPW Princess of Princess Champion at the company’s biggest event of the year, Wrestle Princess.

24 names in total have been confirmed for this year’s tournament, which has yet to have its official bracket revealed. This year’s Cup will include former winners like Miu Watanabe, Miyu Yamashita, Mizuki, and Shoko Nakajima.

Along with them, also competing in the tournament will be: Rika Tatsumi, Suzume, Hyper Misao, Wakana Uehara, Yuki Aino, Raku, Pom Harajuku, Mahiro Kiryu, Arisu Endo, Sakura Hattori, HIMAWARI, Toga, Haru Kazeshiro, Mifu Ashida, Uta Takami, Chika Nanase, Ren Konatsu, Shion Kanzaki, Momo Sato, and defending Princess of Princess champ Yuki Arai.

The tournament notably won’t include Yuki Kamifuku, who recently announced that she will retire at the end of 2026.

This year’s Princess Cup is scheduled to begin on July 20. The finals will go down on August 23 at Korakuen Hall.
