Rhino is reportedly scheduled to appear when AEW returns to his hometown of Detroit this week.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider first reported that the former ECW World Champion will be involved in AEW’s double-header of Detroit television tapings. His role and the show on which he will appear were not disclosed.
Rhino has also been conducting local promotional work for the company. He posted from the Fox 2 Detroit studios on Tuesday while advertising Wednesday’s Dynamite and Thursday’s Collision events.

Both events will take place at the Masonic Temple Theater. Dynamite will air live Wednesday at 8 pm ET on TBS and HBO Max, with AEW returning to the venue for Collision the following night.
This would mark Rhino’s second run of appearances for AEW. He made his debut for the company at the same venue in May 2025, challenging Nick Wayne for the ROH World Television Championship on Dynamite.
Rhino also wrestled at the accompanying Ring of Honor tapings.
Wednesday’s post-Redemption Dynamite includes AEW World Trios Champions Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong defending against Ricochet, Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona of The Demand.
