Nikki Bella appears to be on her way to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, ahead of a Royal Rumble event that WWE Chief Content Officer Paul Levesque has promised will be “stacked” with surprises.
Fans identified Bella in the background of an Instagram Story posted on Wednesday by Jackie Redmond, who was travelling to the location.
Bella has not appeared on WWE programming since the December 29 episode of Raw. On that show, she competed in a three-way match for the Women’s World Championship against Stephanie Vaquer and Raquel Rodriguez.
Her potential inclusion comes as Levesque promoted the depth of Saturday’s card during an appearance on Wednesday’s edition of Get Up on ESPN.
“This one is going to be epic,” Levesque told host Mike Greenberg. “There’s a lot of surprises in store, but also it’s one of the most star-studded rumbles that I can recall”.
Levesque pointed to Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Jey Uso, Bron Breakker, and Logan Paul as notable participants for the men’s match. On the women’s side, he highlighted Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Rhea Ripley, and Liv Morgan.
Levesque also addressed the high stakes of the World Heavyweight Championship match between Gunther and AJ Styles. The match carries a stipulation that will see Styles retire from in-ring competition if he fails to defeat the champion.
