NXT figures drop following ‘Roadblock’ special

NXT dropped after last week’s Roadblock special with its second-lowest audience of the year.

The March 12 episode averaged 588,000 viewers and 209,000 (0.16) in the 18-49 demographic, according to Wrestlenomics and Sports Media Watch.

It was NXT’s second-lowest audience of the year and its lowest 18-49 audience since July 4, 2023.

Compared with Roadblock last week, the show fell ten percent in overall viewership and declined three percent among the core demographic.

The show ranked behind Gonzaga vs. St. Mary’s on ESPN (1,141,000 viewers and 0.36 in the demo), Philadelphia 76ers vs. New York Knicks (973,000 and 0.30), Minnesota Timberwolves vs. L.A. Clippers (877,000 and 0.25) and PTI (673,000 and 0.16).

In Canada, the show ranked tenth among sports programs on Tuesday with 93,300 viewers and 29,600 in the 25-54 demographic on Sportsnet 360.
