Elayna Black has officially signed with TNA Wrestling following her appearance on the promotion’s recent AMC network premiere.

The promotion announced the acquisition on Wednesday, with Black subsequently confirming the news during an interview on SiriusXM’s Busted Open Radio.

While official terms were not disclosed, Fightful Select has reported that Black has agreed to a one-year deal with the company. She was introduced to the audience on the January 15 edition of Thursday Night iMPACT, appearing alongside on-screen authority figure Daria Rae.

TNA has confirmed that the 25-year-old will compete in her first match as a signed roster member on this Thursday’s broadcast against an opponent yet to be named.

Performing under the name Cora Jade in WWE from 2021 to 2025, she is a former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion.

Following her release from WWE in May 2025, Black briefly returned to the independent circuit before taking a hiatus for the remainder of the year.

A native of Chicago, Black dropped out of school at age 15 to pursue professional wrestling. She began her career in 2018 after training under Bryce Benjamin, Isaias Velasquez, and current TNA talent Mustafa Ali. Before her time in the WWE system, she gained attention for her work in Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) and a 2019 appearance for IMPACT Wrestling.

Black has stated she now intends to pursue the TNA Knockouts World Championship.
