Brody King off NJPW ‘Resurgence’, updated lineup for Saturday night

On Saturday, NJPW announced that Brody King will not be able to participate on tonight’s ‘Resurgence’ card due to unforeseen circumstances.

On Saturday, NJPW announced that Brody King will not be able to participate on tonight’s ‘Resurgence’ card due to unforeseen circumstances.

King had been scheduled to be part of a ten-man tag, teaming with Lio Rush, Fred Yehi, Chris Dickinson, and Yuya Uemura against Tom Lawlor, JR Kratos, Royce Isaacs, Danny Limelight & Jorel Nelson.

King will be replaced in the tag match by Adrian Quest.

Quest was originally earmarked for a six-man tag dark match. The new dark match is Jordan Clearwater, Kevin Knight & The DKC vs. Barrett Brown, Bateman & Misterioso.

On Friday, a match between Juice Robinson and Hikuleo was added to the show.

The card will stream live tonight at 11 p.m. ET from The Torch at The L.A. Memorial Coliseum on Fite TV (with English commentary) and New Japan World (with Japanese commentary).
