John Siino reviews this week’s editions of AEW Dark, AEW Dark: Elevation, NXT UK, IMPACT Wrestling, NXT Level Up, NJPW Strong, NWA Powerrr, NWA USA, and Main Event in under 15 minutes on Shot In The Dark.
This week on NJPW Strong, Swerve Strickland debuts to accept Jay White’s newest U-S of Jay Challenge, but not before White offers Swerve a spot in the Bullet Club. Kevin Blackwood debuts as well taking on Ariya Daivari, as well as Hikuleo vs. Kevin Knight.
IMPACT Wrestling has more Bullet Club shenanigans as they continue their feud with Alex Shelley who reunites with Chris Sabin to reform The Motor City Machine Guns. Eddie Edwards takes on Rich Swann in the main event, Josh Alexander continues his crusade for the World Championship as well as the return of Larry D.
On AEW Dark, we get a rare appearance from the Young Bucks as they team with Brandon Cutler to take on the Dark Order. Josh Woods makes a claim to continue defending his ROH Pure Championship and Jora Johl shows his allegiance to the A.F.O. as he fights Frankie Kazarian.
Also, Dark Order vs. Chaos Project on AEW Dark: Elevation, we get a showcase of new talent on NWA USA, a special Crockett Cup preview Surge episode of NWA Powerrr, Brooklyn Barlow debuts on NXT Level Up, Wild Boar makes his return to NXT UK, and Veer Mahaan continues his undefeated streak on Main Event.
