The Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event is two weeks away.
The conclusion of the 2023 WWE Royal Rumble Premium Live Event saw Sami Zayn be beaten down by Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa and Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns after Zayn opted to hit Reigns with a chair over hitting Owens.
Next up on WWE’s Premium Live Event calendar is the Elimination Chamber event on February 18th in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Both Owens and Zayn hail from Canada and when Owens was interviewed by MySanAntonio, he said it’s great timing to have that event in their home country and both him and Zayn are excited.
It’s great timing for sure, and it’s very exciting to have that show in our hometown, and we are very much both looking forward to it.
On the topic of their on-screen history together, Owens thought they peaked at WrestleMania 37. He said it’s really gratifying to know that people still want to see them in the mix with one another.
Honestly, I kind of felt like we hit our peak when we had the massive WrestleMania match against each other. Doesn’t really get any bigger than that. But now we’re coming back around to it one more time, and we are involved with each other again. People still want to see it; people still care about it. So that’s really gratifying.
